Are you a confident Level 2 coach who would like to take the next step towards a senior position? We have an opportunity for you to gain leadership experience by assisting one of our Programme Leaders with directing and managing the Recreational Programme. We are looking for an experienced coach holding Level 3 or above in either Women’s or Men’s Artistic gymnastics to take a leading role in the development of our Artistic Programmes. The role will include planning training programmes, coaching gymnasts, leading coaches and organising groups. As a member of our senior team, the Programme Leader will also contribute to the ongoing development of the whole club. We are keen to find a candidate who will be committed to supporting the professional and technical development of our enthusiastic team of coaches.
This is a wide-ranging role for flexible and enthusiastic individuals, which involves assisting with all aspects of the operation of our busy gymnastics facility. Duties will include reception, administration, setting up & packing away equipment, supporting coaches and housekeeping. Hours of work will vary on a shift basis including day times, evenings & weekends. If appropriate, opportunities would be available for the post holder to work towards coaching qualifications.
